Tom Howe was selected to design, fabricate and install custom chopper embellishments for a show cycle, which appeared at events and shows all over the United States.  It was commissioned for a private client through Kerr Dog Kustom Cycles in Hico, Texas.  Pictured below, the award-winning chopper gleams while admiring fans from all over the world pay compliments to the manufacturing excellence and rider appeal.
